1.Properties Features:
High efficient refine primary silicon and improve mechanical properties, long efficient modifier (4~8 hours).
2.Scope of Application
Apply to the modification treatment of eutectic and hypereutectic Al-Si alloys.
3.Operation Instructions:
(1). Temperature & Dosage:

(2). Operation method: After refining, push ABP into the deep (about 10 cm from furnace bottom) of the molten aluminum, and horizontally move it around until reacting finish, wait for 10~20 minutes, cast the testing rod. If the rod fracture showed normal features, the molten aluminum is ready for casting.
4.Package and Storage:
Appearance: Dull red cylindrical hard chunks.
250g/pc, 20kg/carton.
Keep dry and ventilated.
5.Period of validity:
One year.
This product is used for modifying aluminum-silicon alloy with Si≥11%. The Ingot-shaped ABP1 and powdered ABP3 are effective but subject to little smoke in use; ABP10 is fast-melting and environmental-friendly Ingot with available time 4-8h.

Modifying aluminum-silicon alloy melt, refining and optimizing Si-phase size and shape in aluminum-silicon alloy structure; pressure casting, sand casting, metal mould casting (damping cylinder, piston and etc.), low pressure casting (aluminum wheel), Formulation of designing aluminum master alloy and other industries.
